//定义标识符
$smarty->left_delimiter = \'{ \';
$smarty->right_delimiter = \' }\';
//绑定变量
$smarty->assign(\"test_html\", \"<a>haha</a>\");
$smarty->display(\'index.tpl\');

index.tpl：

<h1>{ $test_html|e }</h1>
